Terms of Use

The game

Jose Reynoso, an individual in California, provides Starlasso. The game uses online services for matches, accounts, friends, parties, rankings and items.

Your account

You may have one account for each provider sign-in. Your callsign must contain 3 to 12 letters and digits and must not be offensive. A callsign that breaks this rule may be changed.

Conduct

Do not cheat, use automation, interfere with the servers or interfere with other players.

Stardust and items

Stardust and items have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or refunded. A game update may change Stardust or items.

Availability

The game and its online services may be unavailable at times. The service may end.

Ending

An account that breaks these terms may be closed. You may delete your game account from the settings sheet. Deletion removes the game record, Stardust balance, items and friends links, and empties the ladder row. It does not delete the Apple or Google account used to sign in.

Liability

The game is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top says when the current terms took effect. If you continue playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
